Leeds United boss Daniel Farke confirmed three fantastic star players ruled out vs Hull City

Patrick Bamford, Djed Spence and Junior Firpo ruled out – Confirmed Leeds United team news v Hull City.
Daniel Farke has confirmed that Patrick Bamford is not in his plans for Leeds United’s clash against Hull despite his return to first-team training.

Bamford has yet to feature this season after picking up an injury in pre-season, but returned to training this week and had been tipped to potentially feature in midweek against Hull.

But Farke confirmed that while he was training he wouldn’t play against Hull, although he could make an appearance at the weekend against Watford if he continues to train well while left-back Junior Firpo is still missing with an injury and Djed Spence is also ruled out.

The international break seemed to do wonders for Farke and Leeds ahead of the game against Millwall, as the team turned in a complete performance and their best of the season so far in a 3-0 win.

There were goals and a threat going forward while also looking solid defensively, and that is something we must now build on in the coming weeks to build momentum.

Bamford’s return to training is a boost for the options the club have in attack, while Firpo still being at the club is likely something unexpected from the summer with an exit expected.

But having options available who are used to playing at a much higher level will only be a good thing for our promotion charge, and Farke seems to finally be putting his stamp on things at Elland Road.

A win over Hull on the road will be a great step towards success and Farke is learning his best team along the way. We’re finally in a good place and can be happy about it.
