Sunderland fans compare key players qualities with Jude Bellingham after England international display

Jobe Bellingham has received a lot of acclaim from fans on social media following his performance for England under-19s.

Last night, England’s under-19s drew with Montenegro in European Championship qualifying.

The game ended 0-0, a disappointment for the club, but Jobe Bellingham’s performance was widely noticed because he looked so outstanding.

Jobe maintained his excellent form for Sunderland in the Championship, which has earned him accolades.

Sunderland fans have been on X to praise Jobe while also comparing him to a player who is currently one of the league’s best.

Jobe Bellingham praised

“I was watching this thinking this was an old Jude Bellingham match comp from his U-19 days only to later realize this is his brother Jobe Bellingham,” one fan remarked after viewing a compilation of Jobe in action versus Montenegro.

Considering Jobe’s skill and the fact that he has a comparable style to his elder sibling.

Another person expressed similar sentiments, writing, “Jobe Bellingham moving and playing exactly like his elder brother Jude is so uncanny.”

While one gushed about Jobe and said he’d be a top-tier player in the future: “Jobe Bellingham will leave Sunderland for more than 50 million, that is for sure.” He’s just so amazing and will continue to be so terrific.”

Sunderland fans were spot on, as one Real Madrid fan wrote on the two brothers: “Like they’re one and the same, wouldn’t mind him in Madrid in a few years time.”

Season so far

Sunderland’s 18-year-old has established himself as a first-team starter for the Black Cats.

He’s really come into his own in the previous five League games, with average scores above 7/10 on SofaScore.

If he keeps going in this direction, there’s no reason he can’t surpass Jude in the following years.
