Toronto Raptors Set To Trade Two-Time NBA Champion As Rebuilding Phase Intensifies

As the rebuilding phase intensifies, the Toronto Raptors are set to trade two-time NBA champion Chris Boucher.
It is anticipated that Chris Boucher, the two-time NBA champion and current Toronto Raptors power forward, will be dealt before the trade deadline this season. The lone remaining member of the 2018–19 championship team is Boucher.

This season, the Raptors have already dealt small forward O.G. Anunoby and power forward Pascal Siakam, marking the start of a new chapter in their history.

The Toronto Raptors have acquired RJ Barrett, guard Immanuel Quickley, and a second-round selection in exchange for sending O.G. Anunoby, Malachi Flynn, and Precious Achiuwa to the New York Knicks.

The Indiana Pacers received guard Bruce Brown, Jordan Nwora, and three first-round draft picks in exchange for All-Star Siakam. The Raptors team is building talent and intends to rearrange the lineup to center it around Scottie Barnes.

With a contract that runs through the following season, Boucher averages 6.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 0.5 blocks per game. His shooting percentage from the field is 47.2.

The Toronto Raptors, who are 16-27 on the season, are presently ranked 12th in the Eastern Conference.
