Good News: Just In Atlanta Falcons Confirm The Signing Of Another Top Experienced Star

On Thursday, the Atlanta Falcons made a trade to add extra wide receiver support. In the first season under new head coach Raheem Morris, the Falcons have added a number of new players for the 2024 offense.

Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta Falcons swapped.

When they signed Kirk Cousins to a four-year, $180 million contract, they made the most important free agency acquisition. This week, they also added Charlie Woerner, a tight end, and Darnell Mooney, a wide receiver. The Falcons, though, are making every effort to provide Cousins with as much firepower as possible for their offense.

Rondale Moore was traded by the Falcons.

Desmond Ridder, the quarterback, was dealt by the Falcons to the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals are trading Ridder for wide receiver Rondale Moore, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

A Day 2 draft pick, Moore was.

Moore was chosen by the Cardinals in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Moore got three touchdowns and 1,068 yards from 121 receptions in his first three seasons in the league. If Kyler Murray had stayed healthy, Moore’s stats could have been higher. However, the quarterback position for the Cardinals was unstable in the preceding seasons.
Before the 2024 season, Moore should be the third wide receiver for the Cardinals on the depth chart. In order to live up to the second-round billing the Cardinals believed he was capable of in the league, he will be needed to significantly improve in year four.

For the 2024 campaign, the Falcons needed to strengthen their wide record corps. They acquired Moore in a trade.
