Newcastle United now in talks to sign 23-year-old top PL star

Newcastle United are interested in signing Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe on an initial loan deal.
According to the Daily Mirror, Newcastle United are hoping to sign Emile Smith Rowe on an initial loan contract next year. Arsenal, on the other hand, will prefer to cash in on the 23-year-old when they part ways with him.

The Englishman has recovered from a long-term injury, but he is still battling for a starting berth at Arsenal. He needs more playing time to get back to his best, and a loan move could be great for him.

Arsenal are already well-stocked in the attacking midfield department, and if Newcastle United guarantee him consistent game time, they should opt to loan the 23-year-old out. However, the Gunners prefer to sell him permanently rather than find a temporary solution.

Smith Rowe is undeniably a top-tier player with a bright future ahead of him, as he demonstrated at Arsenal. He was anticipated to develop into one of the Premier League’s top attacking midfielders. However, injuries have slowed his development

There is no reason why he cannot achieve that level again. However, a move away from Arsenal would be perfect for him at the moment. It remains to be seen if Newcastle United can persuade Arsenal to loan the player during the January transfer window. However, Arsenal may not want to bolster their top-four opponents in the middle of the season.

Meanwhile, Newcastle United could use some more flair in the final third. Smith Rowe can play as a winger or a central attacking midfielder. If we can rediscover his confidence and sharpness, he will undoubtedly provide goals and assists to the team

Throughout his managerial career, Newcastle manager Eddie Howe has done well to develop bright young players, and he may be able to aid the Arsenal midfielder as well. As a result, their fascination with the 23-year-old is understandable.

Former Arsenal player Joe Willock was also successful in his move to Newcastle United. Smith Rowe may be drawn to the notion of playing for the Magpies. It will be interesting to see how the scenario develops in the next weeks.

The 23-year-old will want to demonstrate his abilities at the greatest level, and Newcastle will provide him with the opportunity to do so in the Champions League as well. It would undoubtedly be an exciting move for him. Newcastle will also benefit from increased depth and skill in their offensive line. Signing for Newcastle on loan would be no risk, and the move could prove to be a steal for them.
